Farida Bau

President Commissioner

President Commissioner of IBST since General Meeting of Shareholders dated 29 November 2011 and latest reappointed based on Deed No. 39 dated 8 August 2022. Previously, she had served as President Director of IBST since 2006.

Her past key positions include President Director of PT Bakti Taruna Sejati (2006–2010), Vice President Director of PT Steady Safe Tbk. (2002–2005) and Vice President of PT Bank Internasional Indonesia Tbk (1984–2000).

She earned her Master Degree in Management (2003) and Bachelor degree in Economics (1996) from STIE IBEK.

She is the controlling party of IBST.

Kanaka Puradiredja

Independent Commissioner


Independent Commissioner of IBST since General Meeting of Shareholders dated 24 April 2012 and was reappointed on General Meeting of Shareholders dated 23 May 2017.

Currently, he also serves as Chairman of the Formulating Team for National Governance Policy (2017 – present), Chairman of the Certification Board of the Indonesian Institute of Audit Committee (“IKAI”) (2016 – present), Member of the National Committee on Governance (“KNKG”) (2016 – present), Chairman of the Executive Board of the Indonesian Institute of Commissioners and Directors (“LKDI”) (2009-present), and Member of the Honorary Board of Professionals in Risk Management Association (“PRIMA”) (2006-present).

He is the Chairman of the Honorary Board of IKAI (2010- 2016), Founder of IKAI, Chairman of the Board of IKAI (2004-2010), Chairman of the Honorary Board of the Indonesian Accounting Association (2002-2010) and founder of Public Accounting Firm Kanaka Puradiredja & Suhartono and had served as Senior Partner (2000–2007). He is also one of the pioneers of KPMG Indonesia with the last position as Chairman (1999).

He earned his Bachelor of Economics degree in Accounting major from Padjajaran University, Bandung (1971) and a Charter Member of LKDI, and certified with Risk Management Professional and Practitioners of Audit Committee.

He does not have an affiliation with member of the Board of Directors and/or the Board of Commissioners, and the major shareholder of IBST.

Mohamad Hassan

Independent Commissioner


Independent Commissioner of IBST since Annual General Meeting of Shareholders dated 27 July 2022. He also chairman of the Audit Committee of IBST.

He currently serves as Chief Risk Management & Quality Assurance Executive and a member of the Audit Committee in several organizations /companies. He also active in several professional organizations, such as: Institute of Internal Auditors (“IIA”) Indonesia, Perhimpunan Auditor Internal Indonesia (“PAII”), Indonesian Institute of Audit Committee, Examiner Board of Certified Professional Management Accountant (“CPMA”), Certification Board of Qualified Internal Auditor (“DSQIA”) and Executive Board of Qualified Government Internal Auditor (“DS – QGIA”).

Previously, he served as Academic Director of The Internal Audit Professional Training and Development Centre (“PPIA – YPIA”) (2018-2022), Postgraduate Program Lecturer at Kwik Kian Gie School of Business (2006-2016), Finance & Administration Manager PT Amintaland (1995-2000), management of The Internal Audit Professional Training and Development Centre (“YPIA”) (1995), Lecturer of Indonesian State School of Accountancy (“STAN”) (1994-2019), and instructor/lecturer of State Development Audit Agency (“BPKP”) (1993-2010).

He started his career as Auditor at BPKP. He obtained several professional titles, including QIA (Qualified Internal Auditor), CRMP (Certified Risk Management Professional), CRMA (Certified Risk Management Auditor), CA (Chartered Accountant), CACP (Certification in Audit Committee Practices), CPMA (Certified Professional Management Accountant), QGIA (Qualified Government Internal Auditor).

He obtained his Master’s degree of Accountancy & Financial Information Systems (“MAFIS”) from Cleveland State University, Cleveland, Ohio, United States of America (1993) and completed his Diploma 3 (1983) and Diploma 4 (1991) of accountancy with the Indonesian State School of Accountancy.


He does not have an affiliation with member of the Board of Directors and/or the Board of Commissioners, and the major shareholder of IBST.
