Brief ProfilePT Inti Bangun Sejahtera was established in 2006 based on Deed of Establishment No. 7 dated 28 April 2006 made before Yulia, S.H., a Notary in Jakarta. The deed of establishment was ratified by the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia in its Decree No. W7-00873.HT.01.01-TH.2006 dated 22 September 2006 and was published in State Gazette No. 12 dated 9 February 2007, Supplement No. 1337. The Company was established as an in-building service provider. The company continues to improve the in-building service provider business, apart from developing the potential to meet the demands of Operators on telecommunication. To date, the Company own towers spread across in strategic and potential areas, that largely of towers located in the area of Java dan Sumatera. In March 2012, the Company divested all assets related with in-building service along with change of focus to become telecommunication tower and network infrastructure provider in Indonesia. In April 2012, the Company changed its status to publicly listed company so that its name to become PT Inti Bangun Sejahtera Tbk, and since August 2012, the Company has been successfully transformed into a public company whose its shares are listed and traded in PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (“BEI”). The Company continues to innovate and developing its potentials in the competitive market of tower telecommunication and network infrastructure provider in Indonesia.
